Do I get support if I already use another marketing platform?

Absolutely. Many of our members stay on their current tools and use the coaching to refine their strategy, offers, and marketing assets. You can always add the platform later if you decide you want to consolidate your tools.

How does the timing work?

As soon as you enroll, you'll receive a welcome email with a booking link for your December 1:1 planning session and a short questionnaire to complete beforehand.

Your planning session happens in December. Starting the week of January 5th, you can join the weekly small-group coaching calls and use the asynchronous question thread.

If you're in the Software + Support package, you'll also schedule a separate 1:1 platform onboarding in December so your system is set up and ready to use, with your official six-month term running January through June for both packages.

What if I need to pause or can't attend every week?

You're not required to attend every coaching call—the asynchronous Q&A thread means you can get support on your schedule. If something significant comes up and you need to step away, reach out and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

How big are the coaching groups?

We keep coaching groups small and add additional call times as needed so everyone gets personalized attention and coaching time.

What platform are you using?
