AFTER THE TRAINING
You leave with the complete methodology, diagnostic report templates, and the confidence to use them with any client. Many graduates begin using the framework with existing clients before the training is even over.
You leave with everything above, plus The Diagnostic Toolkit: proposal templates, email sequences, marketing assets, and everything you need to offer diagnostics as a paid professional service. All assets can be set up in whatever tools you currently use. You also have ongoing support through December 2026 as you grow your practice.
Cohort-based with live sessions. You learn the methodology, practice it with hands-on projects, and complete a real diagnostic before the training ends. This is applied learning, not passive content. If you can't make a live session, recordings are available after each one.
The methodology training runs March 10th through to end of May with 8 live cohort sessions (Module 1 opens March 3, live sessions begin March 10). Practitioner business training runs through June with weekly group sessions. The pace is designed for working professionals applying this alongside current client work.
Each week a new module is released. The live session that week is a facilitation session to deepen the principles you just learned (recorded if you can't attend live). Between sessions you work through projects, submit them for review, and have access to a dedicated space for questions. Most participants spend 2 to 3 hours per week total. Practitioner enrollees also have SMS access to the instructor for questions as they come up.
No. The seven-domain framework applies to any business. The methodology works whether your clients are coaches, service providers, brick-and-mortar businesses, agencies, course creators, or any other model. The structure is universal. The application is specific to each client.
Yes, and we encourage it. Many Cohort 1 graduates used the diagnostic with an existing client as their practice case. It deepened the relationship and revealed priorities neither of them had seen before.
Both paths give you the full methodology. You can use it with existing clients, use it to attract new ones, or both. The Diagnostic gives you everything you need to do that on your own. The Practitioner track is for professionals who want hands-on support along the way: private mentorship, client-ready assets, client acquisition training, and ongoing support through December 2026. It is not a social media course. It is a positioning and visibility method designed for how people actually discover and choose experts today.
The Toolkit is included with Practitioner enrollment and delivered when you complete your final project. It includes proposal templates, client-ready deliverables, email sequences, and marketing assets so you can start offering diagnostics as a paid professional service. All assets can be set up in whatever tools you currently use. The Toolkit is not available separately.
The Platform is an optional add-on available to Practitioner enrollees. It brings your website, booking, pipeline, follow-up, proposals, invoicing, and visibility tools into one place so you can run your practice without juggling multiple subscriptions. Access starts at $297 for your first 90 days, then $50 per month. It is also available to graduates who want to add it later.
Practitioner enrollees receive three 50-minute private growth strategy sessions focused specifically on your offers, your pricing, and your path to clients. These are scheduled upon completion of the methodology training and are structured around getting your diagnostic work ready to generate paid engagements. These are not general coaching calls.
After the training ends, Practitioner enrollees continue with monthly live Practitioner sessions, a dedicated support thread for questions between sessions, and four on-demand private check-ins (15 minutes each) you can use anytime through December 2026. You are supported from the day you start through the end of the year.
